Talentify is seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our fast-paced dermatology practice. You’ll be the first and last smile for patients, guiding them from check-in to check-out with warmth and efficiency.

This role emphasizes patient flow, accurate data gathering, payments handling, scheduling, and records management, all while delivering friendly, professional service in person or by phone. The position offers a benefits-focused environment with growth opportunities and a culture

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Prior medical receptionist experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Be the first and last contact for patients, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth check-in/check-out.
• Register patients, manage wait times, and keep the reception area inviting.
• Provide friendly, professional service over in-person interactions, phone, or messages.
• Gather patient information, handle forms and payments, and prepare for next visits.
• Support scheduling, maintain records, and ensure a seamless patient experience.

What You’ll Do

• Be the first and last person our patients encounter! As you assist with check-ins and check-outs, you'll play a key role in providing an exceptional patient experience—welcoming them warmly, prepping them efficiently, and leaving a lasting, positive impression every step of the way.
• Keep things flowing by registering patients, managing wait times, and making the reception area warm and inviting for everyone!
• Deliver friendly and professional customer service, whether you're chatting in person, over the phone, or sending a message.
• Gather and double-check patient info, handle forms and payments, and get everything ready for the next visit—all with a smile!
• Support our patients and providers by scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and ensuring a seamless experience.

Qualifications/Experience

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Prior medical receptionist experience preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without restriction. We will not sponsor applicants for work visas.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

Medical office, procedure/exam room and laboratory environment may include exposure to communicable diseases, bloodborne pathogens, biohazards or toxic substances. Daily activities may include standing, walking, sitting, bending and lifting items up to 30 lbs.
