Overview

Better Life Partners is seeking a Per Diem Medical Provider [NP, PA] to provide whole-person care to people struggling with addiction. This includes treatment of substance use disorders in our opioid use disorder (OUD) and alcohol use disorder (AUD) programs, providing medication-assisted treatment in collaboration with our behavioral health team. Through our Responsive Care services, you will provide comprehensive medical and mental health services to our members, similar in scope to urgent and primary care services. This is a remote position, with potential for hybrid care in the communities we serve. In-market residence is required unless otherwise agreed.

Base pay range: $61.00/hr - $79.00/hr.
