Job summary

KBR, Inc. in Jacksonville, FL seeks a Medical Production Supervisor to oversee the activities of a logistics and supply chain team in the Medical branch supporting the Marine Corps Prepositioning Program (MCPP).

You will manage material movement, inventory, receiving, storing, staging, and disposition of medical assets to meet production timelines. You will supervise diverse staff, coordinate with cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with DMLSS, GCSS-MC, and IMark, and contribute to safety,

Qualifications

• Education: BA/BS degree in logistics, engineering, or related field (or equivalent via credits/training/experience).
• Experience: 8+ years in logistics with 4+ years supervisory in a support environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of logistics ops and hands-on with DMLSS (inventory, procurement, warehousing).
• Military Training: Ground Supply Officer Course or equivalent.
• Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with medical equipment and supplies preferred.
• Citizenship: U.S. Citizen.
• Travel: 20-30% travel requirement.

Responsibilities

• Leads AMAL/ADAL assembly, packing, preservation, and staging to meet production timelines.
• Oversees asset transportation, packaging, and regulatory compliance for medical supplies.
• Manages lifecycle logistics including procurement, receipt, repair, storage, issue, and disposal of stock.
