Job summary

Auburn Memorial Medical Services, PC is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of a high-volume medical office in Auburn, NY. This full-time leadership role focuses on optimizing workflow, coordinating clinical and administrative teams, and delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities include managing staffing, onboarding, policy implementation, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with Human Resources. EMR experience (Medent preferred) is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in medical practice management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage the operations of a busy medical office.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems; experience with Medent is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily clinical and administrative operations to ensure optimal workflow and patient satisfaction.
• Supervise and support a multidisciplinary team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Develop, implement, and maintain office policies and procedures to support regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with Human Resources on hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Work closely with healthcare providers to streamline processes and improve patient care delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
