Job summary

Piedmont Urgent Care is seeking a Practice Manager to lead daily operations, inspire clinical and administrative teams, and ensure an outstanding patient experience.

You will implement strategic initiatives, optimize workflows, and foster a positive work culture across sites. This role emphasizes patient-centered service, operational rigor, and collaboration with leadership to meet performance goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience (healthcare, hospitality, or retail management preferred).
• Familiarity with healthcare operations, insurance processes, and coding is helpful but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software, EPIC preferred.
• Flexibility to travel to other Piedmont Urgent Care locations as needed.
• Customer-centric mindset and proactive patient experience focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire clinical and administrative staff to deliver exceptional patient care and customer service.

• Support local growth by collaborating with marketing to increase center visibility and patient volume.

• Travel to other Piedmont Urgent Care locations as needed to support staffing and operations.

Required Qualifications:

• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare operations, insurance processes, and coding (ICD-9, CPT) is helpful but not required
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required

• Technical Skills: Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software, EPIC preferred
• Flexibility: Ability to travel to other Piedmont Urgent Care locations as needed
