The Department of Medical Physics at St Peter's Health Partners Cancer Care is seeking a motivated clinical Radiation Oncology Medical Physicist with excellent interpersonal skills to join our team, which includes three additional Certified Medical Physicists, four Certified Medical Dosimetrists, a Physics Residency Program Director, and one Medical Physics Resident. Our Medical Physics Department supports two hospital-based sites, St Peter's Hospital in Albany, NY, and Samaritan Hospital in Troy, NY, approximately 15 miles apart.
The ideal candidate will have:
The department treats approximately 75 EBRT patients daily across both sites, including active SRS/SBRT and GYN HDR programs. We also have a CAMPEP-accredited residency program in collaboration with McGill University, now in its 12th year. Our medical physics staff actively participate in resident teaching, and our affiliation with McGill enriches educational opportunities.

Pay range: $135,033 - $216,070, commensurate with experience, skills, and education. Salaries are based on the FLSA exempt classification and may vary within the stated range depending on location.
