The Department of Medical Physics at St Peter's Health Partners Cancer Care is seeking a motivated clinical Radiation Oncology Medical Physicist with excellent interpersonal skills to join our team, which includes three other Certified Medical Physicists, four Certified Medical Dosimetrists, a Physics Residency Program Director, and a Medical Physics Resident. The department supports two hospital-based sites approximately 15 miles apart: St Peter's Hospital in Albany, NY, and Samaritan Hospital in Troy, NY.
The ideal candidate will have:
The department treats about 75 EBRT patients daily across both sites, including active SRS/SBRT and GYN HDR programs. Our CAMPEP-approved residency program, in collaboration with McGill University, is in its 12th year. Staff are expected to actively participate in resident training, with additional educational insights from our affiliation with McGill.

Pay range: $135,033 - $216,070, based on experience, skills, and education. Pay varies within this range depending on location and other factors.
