Job Description for MDs

Televisit MD Inc. is an innovative telehealth software platform seeking to expand its database of healthcare practitioners. This is a 100% remote position with a competitive payment model, an easy-to-navigate system, and unlimited access to patients across the United States. Working with TelevisitMD provides access to quality patients, Medmal coverage, a virtual workspace, EHR, e-prescribing, and telehealth tools that enable flexible remote visits, replacing traditional brick-and-mortar practices.

We are currently seeking applications from practitioners with M.D. licensure, with a strong preference for those licensed in multiple states.

As a responsible physician, your role is to provide high-quality medical care by examining patients and treating ailments. You will focus on prevention and promoting healthy habits. A great physician is highly qualified, compassionate, and knowledgeable about diseases, epidemiology, and medical conditions to interpret symptoms and diagnose accurately. Patience and physical endurance are essential due to the demanding nature of the job.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine check-ups to assess health and identify issues.
• Advise on healthy habits and preventative measures.
• Examine ill patients and evaluate symptoms.
• Ask questions to determine causes of illness.
• Develop informed diagnoses based on scientific knowledge and medical history.
• Prescribe and interpret lab tests for infections or abnormalities.
• Prescribe non-narcotic medications with proper instructions.
