Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in packaging design, preferably in medical device or healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of thin-gauge thermoforming principles including draft angles and wall thickness control.
• Experience with FDA, ISO 11607, ASTM, and ISO 13485 regulations.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop thermoformed sterile packaging from concept to production.
• Create detailed 3D models, assemblies, and 2D technical drawings.
• Collaborate with Quality and Regulatory teams for compliance with applicable standards.
• Support packaging validation activities including testing and documentation preparation.
