Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in packaging design, preferably in medical device industry.
• Working knowledge of plastics used in sterile barrier systems such as PETG, HIPS, PP.
• Familiarity with medical packaging regulations and standards, including FDA and ISO 13485.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop thermoformed sterile packaging from concept to production using CAD tools.
• Collaborate with tooling, manufacturing, and operations teams to ensure designs are production-ready.
• Support packaging validation activities including functional testing and documentation.
