CentraCare – St. Cloud Eye Clinic is seeking a full-time ophthalmology clinician to join our collegial team at the Sauk Crossing facility. Work alongside ophthalmologists, optometrists and skilled technicians delivering patient-centered eye care with state-of-the-art diagnostic technology.

This clinic-employed role offers the stability of a nonprofit health system and a collaborative environment near the expanded surgery center. The position is 1.0 FTE, Monday through Friday, onsite in St.

Pay and Benefits

• Salary range:$135,960- $177,564.19per year
  • Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
  • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
  • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based (RVU) compensation.

The CentraCare-St. Cloud Eye Clinic is a comprehensive eye care center serving patients across Central Minnesota. Located in the modern Sauk Crossing facility near Highway 15 and adjacent to CentraCare’s expanded surgery center, the clinic offers convenient access and seamless coordination of care. Providers practice in a state-of-the-art setting equipped with advanced diagnostic and treatment technology, supported by experienced ophthalmic technicians and a collaborative team of ophthalmologists and optometrists. This integrated environment allows for efficient referrals, surgical collaboration, and high-quality outcomes for a wide range of medical and surgical eye conditions.
