Our practice emphasizes medical and surgical eye care and patient-centered service. Responsibilities include glaucoma management, pre- and post-operative care, comprehensive exams, diagnosing ocular disease, counseling patients, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree required.
• Valid Florida OD license required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong workplace professionalism and ethics.
• Customer-service orientation and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Glaucoma management.
• Pre- and post-operative care for surgical patients.
• Perform comprehensive eye exams.
• Diagnose and assist in treatment of ocular disease.
• Prescribe corrective lenses; contact lens fittings not required.
• Counsel and educate patients to promote healthy vision.
• Maintain detailed patient records with diagnosis and progress.
• Handle eyecare emergencies as appropriate.
• Main need is Clearwater with travel to satellites.
