Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Minimum of three (2) years in clinical nursing practice; one (1) year in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of high reliability, performance improvement, and evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Leads unit- and department-wide performance improvement and high reliability initiatives.
• Oversees staffing to meet patient care needs while ensuring safe, respectful environments.
• Directs operational and clinical improvements in collaboration with physician leadership.
• Monitors staff competencies and provides feedback, coaching, and evaluations.
