HCA Florida Institute for Womens Healthand Body seeks a Medical Office Specialist to manage front desk operations, patient relations, scheduling and insurance verification. The role supports efficient patient care in a no-night, no-weekend setting.

The ideal candidate has 1 year in a medical office, familiarity with EHR systems, and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. This position is full-time and based on site in Florida.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a medical office setting is preferred.
• Experience using an EHR system is highly preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.

Job Summary and Qualifications

Seeking a Medical Office Specialist for our practice who provides clerical expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care. What you will do in this role:

• You will manage all front office functions including patient relations, check-in/check-out, scheduling, insurance verification, and answering phones
• You will manage filing and retrieving medical records and patient information
