HCA FL BB Neuro & Spine is seeking a Medical Office Specialist to join our Miami practice. This full-time role features weekday daytime hours, with no nights, no on-call, no weekends, and no holidays, to support high-quality patient care.

You will handle front office functions, patient scheduling, insurance verification, and patient communications, while assisting with medical record filing and co-pay collection in a collaborative team environment.

Competenze

• One year of medical office experience preferred.
• Experience with an EHR system highly preferred.

Seeking a Medical Office Specialist for our practice who provides clerical expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care. What you will do in this role:

• You will manage all front office functions including patient relations, check-in/check-out, scheduling, insurance verification, and answering phones
• You will manage filing and retrieving medical records and patient information
• You will assist with collecting and recording co-pays (cash and/or charge) including balancing the day in the computer

What Qualifications you will need:

• One year of experience in a medical office setting is preferred
• Experience using an EHR system is highly preferred
