HCA Healthcare is seeking a Medical Office Specialist for our Cardiology Specialists of North Texas practice in Denton, TX. This full-time role focuses on front office operations, patient check-in/check-out, scheduling, and insurance verification to ensure efficient, high-quality care.

Your experience with an EHR system and one year in a medical office will help you balance day-to-day tasks while delivering compassionate service to patients.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a medical office setting is preferred.
• Experience using an EHR system is highly preferred.

• Manage all front office functions including patient relations, check-in/check-out, scheduling, insurance verification, and answering phones.
• Manage filing and retrieving medical records and patient information.
