Job summary

HCA Healthcare and CMC-New Hampshire Gastroenterology are seeking a Medical Office Specialist for a full-time, weekday schedule (Monday–Friday, days). The role focuses on front-office operations, patient relations, scheduling, insurance verification, and managing records and payments to support high-quality, efficient patient care.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of medical office experience and is familiar with EHR systems.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a medical office setting is preferred.
• Experience using an EHR system is highly preferred.

• Manage filing and retrieving medical records and patient information.

Seeking a Medical Office Specialist for our practice who provides clerical expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care.
