Job summary

HCA Florida Palm Beach Gastroenterology in Florida is seeking a Medical Office Specialist for our busy gastroenterology practice. This full-time role features Monday–Friday days, with no nights, weekends, or holidays. You will handle patient check-in/check-out, scheduling, insurance verification, and phone coverage.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of medical office experience and familiarity with an EHR system. Travel is not required.

• One year of experience in a medical office setting preferred.
• Experience using an EHR system preferred.
• No travel required.

Seeking a Medical Office Specialist for our practice who provides clerical expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care.
