Work hours: Full-time, 40 hours weekly, Monday to Thursday, 8:30am – 5:00pm & Friday, 8:30am – 2:00pm

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
- Six months of medical clinic experience (preferred).
- Six months of customer service experience in a business office (preferred).
- Outgoing personality with a friendly attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and computer skills.
- Knowledge of insurance authorization and billing processes.
- Professionalism and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Perform patient check-in and complete all necessary paperwork efficiently and in compliance with policies.
- Answer and direct phone calls appropriately.
- Schedule appointments following office guidelines.
- Gather accurate patient and insurance information, collect copays and deductibles.
- Scan and copy patient documents into electronic medical records.
- Prepare charts for appointments, ensuring completeness.
- Handle patient check-out, including pricing, payments, and follow-up scheduling.
- Manage record filing and retrieval, including electronic documentation.
- Confirm next-day appointments and inform patients of required documentation.
- Follow up on missed appointments and communicate policies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
