Responsibilities

• Answer phones and manage mail flow, data entry and office inventory.
• Assist with patient intakes including scheduling and insurance verification.
• Help obtain patient histories and maintain records.
• Maintain office areas including cleaning and lab area hygiene.
• Facilitate specimen collection and transport to lab when applicable.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned.
