Job summary

Wood County Hospital is seeking a Medical Office MA/LPN/RN for the Bowling Green Clinic. The role provides clinical and administrative support under physician supervision and office management directives.

The MA/LPN/RN will perform patient care tasks, triage, venipuncture, injections, and assist with exams, while maintaining records and regulatory compliance. 8–12 hour days may be required, with flexibility for duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN or LPN in Ohio
• Registered Medical Assistant (RMA)
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
• Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA)
• BLS certification within 7 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care within scope of practice and assist exams/procedures.
• Administer medications and injections; perform venipunctures.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and communications.
• Coordinate with care partners to support treatment, scheduling, and return-to-work planning.
• Maintain exam rooms, equipment, supplies; ensure regulatory compliance and safety.
• Work hours as per offer letter; may extend as needed.
