Job summary

Norton Healthcare, Inc. in Kentucky seeks an experienced administrator to lead day-to-day operations of a physician office network. You will supervise 30+ FTEs and 8+ providers, ensuring efficient patient care and regulatory compliance.

As a liaison to Staff Physicians, you will report to the Director/System Director of Physician Services, guiding practice goals and fostering teamwork, with occasional direct patient care activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires Master's degree with fellowship or Bachelor's degree with 3+ years supervisory experience.
• If no degree is held, at least 5 years of supervisory experience is required.
• Experience overseeing multiple physicians and staff in a physician office setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of physician offices with ~30 FTEs and 8+ providers.
• Provide leadership, management and evaluation of office employees.
• Liaise with Staff Physicians and report feedback to the Director/System Director of Physician Services.
• Ensure competent, efficient patient care through coordination of practice services.
• Guide attainment of practice goals and promote teamwork to meet clinical and regulatory standards.
• May assist in direct patient care activities using age-appropriate care principles.
