Works under the direction of a Physician, Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP), or Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C) in outpatient practice. Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient nursing care. Provides care coordination, assesses patient data, and interprets information to identify patient needs based on age-specific requirements. Advocates for patient-centered care, provides education to patients and families, and maintains professional nursing standards in the outpatient setting. Supports the values of Olympic Medical Center’s mission and promotes a positive nursing image.
