PCOS Sisters Telehealth Clinic provides primary care and treatment services for women with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) delivered via telehealth to women nationwide. Nurse Practitioner Dr. Lynsey Johnson, DNP, APRN, FNP-C founded PCOS Sisters to help women like herself who have suffered lifelong with PCOS, a chronic condition that affects 10-20% of all women globally.

We provide PCOS diagnosis and treatment, developed & delivered by PCOS Women via a convenient telehealth service, allowing us to reach women across the nation.

Medical Office Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Medical Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fully remote startup telehealth practice. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient office management, provide administrative support, and maintain high-quality patient care standards. As a fully remote telehealth practice, the ideal candidate is tech-savvy and comfortable working with multiple digital platforms.

*Remote Workers Policy Summary: This position requires availability to our providers, patients, and staff by phone from 9-5 PM Weekdays (excluding lunch break) and is not conducive to juggling multiple jobs and outside distractions. This position requires full exclusivity to the Company during working hours.

Company Description:

PCOS Sisters Telehealth & Wellness Center provides healthcare for women with PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) delivered by Nurse Practitioners. We service FL, GA, NY, TX and soon to be AZ via telehealth only. We launched in 3/2022 and are expanding rapidly. PCOS affects between 10-20% of all women globally. We are looking for a passionate person who wants to be part of a revolution in women's healthcare. Any experience or familiarity with PCOS patients or startups is a plus!

Responsibilities
  1. Manage and supervise daily operations of the medical office
  2. Oversee administrative staff and ensure efficient workflow
  3. Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
  4. Coordinate patient scheduling and manage patient flow
  5. Develop EHR workflow automations
  6. Assist in staff training and development
  7. Follow up on leads
  8. Monitor and set up subscription services
  9. Answer administrative messages and calls from patients and co-workers
  10. Develop and analyze company metrics, budget, and bonus structures
Qualifications
  1. Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, track and report project progress
  2. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Digital project management skills working with multiple platforms
  5. Ability to work independently and remotely
  6. Experience with healthcare projects
  7. Familiarity with EHR automations and workflows
  8. Strong leadership and communication skills
  9. Experience or familiarity with PCOS and women's health is a plus
  10. Telehealth startup experience is a plus
  11. Bachelor's degree required

Pay: $30-$35 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
