Randstad USA is seeking an experienced administrative leader to manage patient access in a high-volume healthcare setting in Massachusetts. The role oversees scheduling, registration, check-in/out, and serves as the primary contact for patient inquiries, with a focus on exceptional service.
The position requires 2–5 years of relevant experience, strong medical terminology knowledge, and proficiency with EHR systems. Typical hours are 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with a 40-hour workweek.
