The role involves a wide range of secretarial and office support duties, working with minimal supervision. Requirements include basic grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills, as well as the ability to type and transcribe dictation, manuscripts, routine office correspondence, and medical reports with speed and accuracy.
Responsibilities include scheduling patients for appointments, surgical procedures, preoperative and postoperative appointments, and screening inquires with tact, courtesy, and good judgment. Maintaining appointment schedules, both clinical and administrative, is also a key part of the role.
Salary Range: Minimum /hour - Maximum /hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
