An established industry player is looking for a dedicated Medical Office Cleaner to ensure cleanliness across multiple medical office locations in NYC. Manhattan Specialty Care is seeking a responsible and detail-focused Medical Office Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across four high patient volume medical office locations in New York City. The ideal candidate will have experience in professional cleaning, preferably in medical or healthcare settings, and will be committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for staff and patients.
Responsibilities:
Clean and disinfect exam rooms, waiting areas, restrooms, and common areas including chairs, check-in counters and kiosks
Perform daily sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting of medical office
Remove trash, recyclables, and regulated medical waste following safety and disposal protocols
Replenish soap, hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes, paper towels, toilet paper, and other supplies as necessary
Disinfect high-touch surfaces and frequently used areas (i.e., doorknobs, light switches, counters, handrails)
Report any signs of contamination, leaks, pest activity, maintenance issues or supply shortages to the Site Manger immediately
Travel to 4 different medical office locations within NYC as scheduled
Follow OSHA and HIPAA cleaning and confidentiality guidelines
Schedule & Compensation:
Monday - Friday: 12pm-8pm or 2pm-10pm
$200/ daily
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of prior cleaning experience in medical, dental, or healthcare settings preferred
Knowledge of proper disinfection procedures and infection control standards
Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time across multiple locations
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks required for cleaning
Willingness to tavel within NYC
