Formación

• 1–2 years of ambulatory care experience.
• Accurate data entry and documentation.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work with diverse patient populations.
• BLS certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming calls for participating physician offices.
• Obtain pertinent information regarding patients’ health history and document medications/symptoms.
• Use the EMR to document patient calls.
• Coordinate messages and referrals as directed by providers.
• Attend trainings and adhere to confidentiality policies.
