Job Description

Greets patient and caregiver

Schedule/Reschedule procedures and anesthesia

Register patients in Epic

Collect co-pays

Manages heavy phone volumes.

Work with highest confidentiality and abide by HIPAA.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and EMR.

High School Diploma or equivalent

Canidate must have demonstrated a customer and employee focused, must have demonstrated the ability to multitask.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
