Reporting to the Manager or delegate and working as part of an integrated administrative team, the Medical Office Assistant/Clerk performs duties including word processing, scheduling, provider billing, data entry, composing and signing correspondence, and typing medical and legal reports from notes or recording devices. The role involves answering inquiries related to programs and services from clients, physicians, staff, and the public, as well as assisting primary care providers to ensure smooth patient visits and care flow.
