Provide exceptional customer service to patients, employees, and referral sources by coordinating front office activities. Accurately gather patient and insurance information, ensure compliance with laws and policies, and maintain excellent relationships with all parties involved.

Your Impact
  • Ensure high-quality customer service to patients, staff, and referral sources.
  • Maintain accurate patient files and ensure HIPAA compliance.
  • Assist with patient follow-up and quality assurance to enhance satisfaction.
  • Enter patient demographics and verify insurance details.
  • Manage multiple phone lines efficiently.
  • Document interactions clearly and accurately.
  • File patient charts and documentation following guidelines.
  • Coordinate scheduling to ensure proper coverage.
  • Perform additional duties or projects as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Less than one year of customer service or administrative experience.
  • Experience in a medical front office or receptionist role preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Additional Success Factors
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written).
  • Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute with accuracy.
  • Ability to work with individuals with disabilities.
  • Understanding of medical terminology, reimbursement, and front office duties.
  • Proficiency in Windows, email, and office equipment.
  • Integrity, honesty, and respect in all relationships.
  • Focus on patient-centered care and continuous improvement.
Compensation and Benefits (California Only)

Pay range of $21.00 - $24.00/hour plus bonus and benefits, depending on skills and location.
