Ramos Law is seeking a Litigation Attorney to lead complex medical malpractice cases from initial evaluation through resolution or trial. You will conduct in‑depth claim investigations, analyze medical and legal issues, and craft litigation strategies while guiding discovery, depositions, and expert collaboration.

The role requires a Juris Doctor and active Colorado Bar admission, with at least 3 years of experience in medical malpractice or related civil litigation.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree with active Colorado Bar admission.
• 3+ years of experience in medical malpractice or related civil litigation.
• Strong understanding of medical malpractice law, standards of care, and related statutes.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation cases from filing through resolution or trial.
• Draft, argue motions, and prepare pleadings and discovery requests.
• Take and defend depositions; prepare experts and witnesses for testimony.
• Review medical records and supporting documentation for case arguments and trial prep.
• Communicate with clients, experts, witnesses, and opposing counsel.
• Monitor budgets and ensure compliance with firm policies and client agreements.
• Represent clients at hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
