Job Description:The firm is seeking an experiencedMedical Malpractice Defense Attorneyto join its legal team. The ideal candidate will have a background in defending medical professionals and institutions in malpractice cases, with strong litigation skills and an understanding of both legal and medical issues. This role is ideal for an attorney who is passionate about healthcare law and eager to make a difference through high-quality legal representation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Defend healthcare providers, hospitals, and medical professionals in medical malpractice cases from inception through trial.
• Conduct legal research, draft motions, pleadings, and prepare case strategy.
• Collaborate with expert witnesses, including medical professionals, to develop strong defense strategies.
• Attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials to advocate on behalf of clients.
• Provide legal counsel on risk management and regulatory compliance related to medical practice.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
