• Document Management System (DMS) experience.

Responsibilities

• Draft routine legal documents for review and use by attorneys.
• Organizing and coordinating legal proceedings.
• Interacting with clients, witnesses, and court personnel.
• Coordinate requests between multiple parties involved in litigation.
• Investigate parties and experts.
• Prepare reports to help lawyers prepare for trials.
• Compile and prepare draft discovery responses.
• Categorize and interpret data; review reports and records.
• Assist in depositions, witness preparation, and research.
• Handle exhibits during court proceedings.
• Prepare e-filings for state and federal court; schedule depositions.
• Perform calendar management and case file organization; time entry.
