Role Description

$125,000/yr - $165,000/yr + Bonus

• This is a full-time hybrid role. Bonne, Bridges, Mueller, O'Keefe & Nichols seeks a highly motivated, experienced associate attorney, preferably in civil litigation. The Litigation Associate will be responsible for tasks such as legal research, propounding and responding to discovery requests, drafting motions, preparing for depositions, representing clients in court, and assisting with the preparation for trials and hearings.

Qualifications

• Legal research, drafting motions, and deposition preparation skills
• Strong skills in drafting and responding to discovery
• Experience in court proceedings
• Strong understanding of the law and legal procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize deadlines
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• License to practice law in California
• Experience in medical malpractice is a plus
