Position Summary

RBCI is seeking experienced Logistics Technicians, Managers, and Supervisors to lead medical logistics operations. The ideal candidates will bring expertise in medical materiel management, including supply chain oversight, inventory control, warehousing, and equipment management. These roles involve coordination across multiple organizations and government agencies, providing support, expertise, and guidance to contractor teams.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to medical logistics standards, policies, and guidelines.
  • Serve as the Logistics Subject Matter Expert for clients and staff.
  • Oversee Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes to maintain compliance with operational standards.
  • Conduct trend analysis, manage quality assurance initiatives, handle data management, equipment management, and lifecycle management.
  • Analyze materiel needs, develop funding projections, and oversee budget planning and submissions.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
  • Experience in supply chain operations, including medical materiel planning, acquisitions, vendor coordination, shipping and receiving, expiration date monitoring, customer support, inventory control, warehouse operations, and use of various material handling equipment.
  • Proficiency in Medical Materiel Information Systems (e.g., DMLSS, LogiCole, TEWLS).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with military personnel, government agencies, and healthcare professionals.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain a clearance.
