Solution One Industries seeks a Logistics Analyst II for its Fort Detrick, MD site. The role provides medical logistics and analytical support to AMLC force projection, managing materiel readiness, inventory, and distribution planning.

Responsibilities include developing logistics plans, analyzing data to reduce costs and improve readiness, and coordinating with government personnel to ensure timely mission support.

Qualifications

• Bachelors required or equivalent experience in logistics or related field.
• 4+ years of progressively responsible logistics experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and logistics systems.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and recommend actions.
• Knowledge of medical logistics and inventory control techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and develop logistics plans affecting production, distribution, storage, transport, and inventory management.
• Evaluate processes to increase efficiency, readiness, and reduce costs.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, shortages, and risks in the supply chain.
• Develop and maintain logistics reports, readiness assessments, and metrics.
• Support management of Class VIII medical materiel and equipment.
• Assist with inventory control, stock positioning, reconciliation, and disposition.
• Plan logistics activities for exercises, deployments, and contingencies.
• Coordinate with government personnel and suppliers to fulfill mission requirements.
• Prepare correspondence, briefs, and logistics documentation per Army standards.
• Ensure compliance with DoD, Army AMLC, and FPD policies.
