Job summary

Solution One Industries is seeking a Data Analyst II for its Fort Detrick, MD location. The role focuses on advanced analytics, reporting, and information management to support Army medical logistics readiness programs and mission-critical data-driven decisions.

You will collect and analyze data from multiple sources, create dashboards and reports, and transform complex datasets into actionable insights for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, information management, logistics analysis, or related analytical disciplines.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and analytical products using Microsoft Office applications and data visualization tools.
• Demonstrated ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large datasets.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to support AMLC FPD operational, logistics, and readiness requirements.
• Identify customer reporting requirements and determine technical, operational, and data-related issues affecting mission execution.
• Analyze trends, performance indicators, inventory metrics, readiness data, and supply chain information to support leadership decision-making.
• Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data used for reporting and analysis.
• Lead the development, design, and maintenance of recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, scorecards, and analytical products.
• Transform complex datasets into meaningful visualizations, metrics, and executive-level briefing materials.
• Develop statistical reports, trend analyses, workload assessments, readiness reports, and operational performance metrics.
• Support leadership with data-driven recommendations that improve resource allocation, mission planning, and operational execution.
