Job summary

Nalu Federal, a subsidiary supporting Native Hawaiian programs, seeks a contract logistics specialist to support forward logistics operations, manage Class VIII materiel, and interface with government staff. You will process orders in DMLSS, coordinate shortages, and maintain essential documentation.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 2–4 years of supply experience, proficiency with Excel/Word/Outlook, English fluency, ability to obtain Tier 1 clearance, and a forklift license.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 2–4 years of supply experience required.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Must speak/read/write English.
• Must obtain Tier 1 Security Investigation.
• Forklift license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist government staff in processing orders into DMLSS for medical supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate with government staff to obtain urgent or priority items.
• Maintain DA Form 1687 and related order documentation.
• Prepare documents, review packets, and distribute output files.
• Transport materials using carts, pallets, and MHE as needed.
