Qualifications

• Must be 19 years old with an active driver's license for 3 years.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated dependability and reliability.
• Familiarity with technology and ability to adapt to new systems.
• Ability to follow procedures closely.
• Ability to plan efficient routes between multiple points.
• Must pass initial and random drug & alcohol screens.
• Operate company vehicles with dashcam recording systems.
• Must have excellent driving history.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Able to perform duties across varied routes and conditions.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and transport lab specimens, medical records, pharmaceuticals, and supplies in a company vehicle.
• Operate a handheld scanner to track items through the transport cycle.
• Follow operating policies, procedures and service schedules.
• Present a professional image to clients and the public.
• Load and unload vehicles with appropriate equipment.
• Demonstrate safe driving and courteous behavior.
• Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and keep the vehicle clean.
• Adapt to changing route assignments across client needs.
• Collaborate with teammates and clients to support operations.
• Contribute to a collaborative MedSpeed team culture.
