Animal Hospital of the Woodlands in The Woodlands, TX is seeking a Medical Lead Veterinarian to champion medical excellence and mentor our DVM team. You will partner with the Practice Manager to build a healthy, engaged staff and lead initiatives to improve patient care and client service.

Qualifications

• DVM degree and valid state license in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of practical clinical experience.
• Servant leadership mentality and ability to build collaborative relationships.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Understanding of hospital financial and operating management.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop associate veterinarians.
• Partner with Practice Manager to build a healthy and engaged team.
