Mission Pet Health is seeking a Medical Lead Veterinarian in Braselton, GA to mentor DVMs, drive clinical excellence, and manage hospital performance. You will collaborate with leadership to advance medical quality, client service, and staff development within a supportive network.

The role includes leading clinical standards, participating in leadership training, and fostering a culture of growth and teamwork across our network.

Qualifications

• DVM degree required with active state license.
• Leadership and mentorship of DVMs and staff.
• Strong communication with clients and team.
• Understanding hospital financials and operations.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop associate veterinarians and lead the medical team.
• Collaborate with Practice Manager to drive hospital performance and compliance.
• Lead monthly doctor meetings and oversee externship/mentorship programs.
• Represent hospital in community engagement and recruitment initiatives.
