You will collaborate with the Practice Manager to grow a strong, engaged team and ensure the highest standards of patient care.

Qualifications

• DVM degree and a valid state license in good standing.
• A minimum of 2 years of practical clinical experience.
• A servant leadership mentality with the ability to build collaborative relationships.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Understanding of hospital financial and operating management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor your DVM team and conduct development discussions.
• Model medical excellence in patient care, service, and efficiency.
• Help develop the annual operating plan and monitor hospital performance toward EBITDA goals.
• Lead monthly doctor meetings and supervise externship/mentorship programs.
• Act as an ambassador for the hospital and Mission Pet Health in the community.
