• Entry-level MT I role requiring responsible handling of routine and specialized diagnostic tests.
• Commitment to CLIA/CAP standards and quality control procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and lab staff for accurate reporting.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and specialized diagnostic tests across core lab disciplines.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments; troubleshoot when needed.
• Ensure timely, accurate results and notify critical values.
• Adhere to CLIA, CAP, and hospital regulations and safety protocols.
• Participate in training, competency assessments, and quality improvement initiatives.
