Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Biological science, Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology or an equivalent CLIA/State‑compliant degree.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and organization.
• Proficiency with computers; familiarity with laboratory information systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Determine the acceptability of specimens for testing according to established criteria.
• Perform routine and complex technical procedures per SOPs.
• Monitor, operate, and troubleshoot instrumentation to ensure proper functionality.
• Prepare, test and evaluate new reagents or controls and report results promptly.
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow PPE requirements.
