Summit Medical Group’s Central Laboratory is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) to join our Laboratory Team in Knoxville, TN. This is a full-time day shift 40-hour per week opportunity.

The selected applicant can pick from working five 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts, with no weekends or holidays. The ideal candidate has an associate or bachelor’s degree in medical technology or a related science; 1 year of clinical laboratory experience is

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in medical technology or a related science is preferred.
• 1 year of clinical laboratory experience preferred but not required.
• Tennessee Medical Technologist General license preferred; ASCP certification required.

Description

Summit Medical Group’s Central Laboratory is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to join our Laboratory Team! This is a full-time day shift 40-hour per week opportunity. The selected applicant can pick from working five (8 hour)shifts/week or four (10 hour) shifts/week. NO WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS!! Frequent four-day weekends scheduled off (off Friday through Monday)!
