Qualifications:

• Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree preferred.
• Additional Education: Graduate of a program that meets licensing requirements for the State of Tennessee MLT role required. A copy of education transcripts is required.
• Required Skills: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
• Certifications: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS), preferred.
• Licenses: License as Medical Laboratory Technician in the State of Tennessee required.
