Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine and complex laboratory tests in areas such as Chemistry, Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, and Blood Bank.
2. Operate and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure accurate test results.
3. Verify, record, and report test results in a timely and accurate manner.
4. Adhere to all quality control procedures and regulatory guidelines.
5. Assist with specimen collection, preparation, and storage.
6. Collaborate with the medical team to ensure high-quality patient care.
7. Participate in lab meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and ongoing training.

Qualifications:

1. Associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field.
2. MLT (ASCP) certification or equivalent, or eligibility to sit for certification.
3. Experience in a clinical laboratory setting is preferred.
4. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to quality.
5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
6. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
