Shift

Full-Time, Evening

Responsibilities

• Assist with laboratory testing on patient specimens.
• Provide information for diagnosis and treatment under supervision.
• Maintain records of performance and utilize judgment to generate acceptable test results.
• Perform tasks according to SOPs and assist in procedure development and modification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related science (Certification not required); or
• Associate Degree in an approved Medical Laboratory Technician Program or Military Medical Laboratory Specialist certification (minimum 50 weeks).
• Associate degree candidates must obtain certification (NCA, AMT, ASCP, HEW, CLA) within 12 months of employment.
• Knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, safety regulations, and computer systems.
