Job summary

You will follow SOPs, troubleshoot instruments, maintain quality tests, and document results while coordinating with the Laboratory Services team. An Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology and ASCP BOC certification within the first year are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing assigned to the department.
• Recognize unusual test results and resolve discrepancies.
• Establish work priorities and handle multiple procedures, including instrument troubleshooting.
• Maintain knowledge of current SOPs and related documentation.
• Draft, revise SOPs, training documents, validation/verification plans and summaries.
• Maintain excellent communication with Laboratory Services colleagues.
